Bob graduated from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona in 1978 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He subsequently received a MBA from California State College in San Bernardino in 1991. Bob has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980.
Bob worked for a regional CPA for seven years before becoming the Controller for a regional home builder in 1985.
In 1988, Bob and Woody formed Fox & Stephens, CPA's.
Bob served on the Board of the Greater Inland Chapter of the Community Association Institute and served as treasurer from 1990 to 1997.
Bob has also served on the boards of various nonprofit charities in the Inland Empire including the Riverside Astronomical Society, the Riverside Telescope Makers Conference, and the Western Wing of the International Amateur-Professional Photoelectric Photometry Association.
Bob's specialties include personal and corporate taxation, homeowners associations, construction accounting, professional firms and nonprofit entities.
